According to the report given to Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Tuesday May 12, 2020, after transfer of the political prisoner, Hedayat Abdollahpour to an unknown location the head of the prison said to the prisoner’s family followed up on his condition, that he had been transferred out of the prison by the IRGC’s intelligence forces, and that they would have to injunction to follow up on his case.
During Hedayat Abdullahpour’s family’s appeal to the Revolutionary Court, the assistant prosecutor told Hedayat’s wife in threatening and sarcastic tone: “the intelligence ministry will not answer you, look for him in the cemetery!’’
On Saturday, May 9, the Orumiyeh Central Prison officials transferred Hedayat Abdollahpour, the political prisoner sentenced to death to an unknown location and after 4 days, his fate is still unknown.
Hedayat Abdollahpour is married and the father of two children named Sirwan, 13, and Kordestan, 6.
Hedayat Abdollahpour was arrested by the Revolutionary Guards Intelligence Forces on Wednesday, June 15, 2016, along with dozens of other citizens of Oshnavieh and was detained in Orumiyeh Intelligence detention for three months and was subjected to the severe tortures.
In February 2017, Hedayat Abdollahpour was sentenced to death for collaborating with the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran during a clash between Democratic Party Peshmerga in Oshnavieh and Revolutionary Guards.
In 2018, the death sentence of Hedayat Abdollahpour was upheld by branch 47 of the supreme court and the sentence was officially announced to his lawyer and family.
