Daily Brief of Human Rights Violation in Iran  April 7, 2021 news obtained by the Human Rights Center of No to prison, no to execution on the human rights violation in different cities of Iran during the past 24 hours.

Sabzevar- In the morning of Wednesday April 7, 2021, a Baluchi prisoner, Yaser Daryaee, son of Khusti from Zahedan was executed at Sabzevar prison on narcotic related charges.

Zanjan- On Sunday April 4, 2021, Hojjat Qaed, 36, who was sentenced to death on charge of murder was executed at Zanjan Central Prison.

Dastgerd- The human rights center of No to Execution- No to Prison has obtained the names of some death row detainees at Isfahan Dastgerd Prison. These inmates are confined at “Moshavereh” ward of Dormitory No.1 of this prison:

  1. Elyas Bahramian- about 45, married from Samirome, charged with murder,
  2. Rohollah Mansourzadeh- married with two kids from Samirome, charged with murder,
  3. Ali Amini- about 18 to 23 years old, bachelor, from Dahaq in Najaf-Abad, charged with murder,
  4. Erfan Hashemi Tabatabaee- 30 years old, married from Isfahan, charged with armed robbery and killing two persons amid it.

Nickshahr- According to an announcement made by Sistan & Baluchistan Cyber Police (FATA) a citizen is detained for posting a clip on the virtual space showing people swarming into an aviculture farm in Nickshahr County following a rise in the price of chicken and its shortage. The person is charged with “disrupting public opinion.”

Saqqez- A local of Saqqez is sentenced to four years in prison on charge of “membership in Kurdish parties” and is now confined at Saqqez Central prison. He is Amim Maleki, 56, who was detained on March 18, 2021.

Tehran- Seyyed Tabib Taqizadeh, a journalist returned to Evin Prison on Tuesday April 6, 2021, as his furlough was over. He is suffering from MS. In early winter of 2021, he suffered from a MS attack and had cramps and severe pain but he was deprived of being deployed to a hospital and being treated.

Mashhad- Four Baha’i citizens residing in Mashhad; Ms. Nicka Pukzadan, Ms. Sanaz Eshaqi, Ms. Nekisa Hajipoor and Ms. Naghmeh Zabihian, were detained on Tuesday April 6, 2021, when they were present at Mashhad Courthouse, Department of the Execution of Decrees, and were taken to Mashhad Vakilabad Prison to serve their term.

Tehran- Ms. Shahla Jahanbin a civil activist and one of the signatories of a letter calling for Khamenei’s resignation, was detained on Tuesday April 6, 2021, one day after she was released and was returned to Evin Prison.

Shiraz- Behroz Farzandi Ardakani a Baha’i citizen residing in Shiraz was detained on Tuesday April 6, 2021, by security forces and was taken to an unknown location. The agents searched his residence at the time of detention and took away some of his personal belongings.

Tehran-  Ms. Raha Asgarizadeh was summoned to serve her prison term. Raha (Raheleh) Asgarizadeh is a journalist, photographer and women activist was summoned to Evin Courthouse, Department of the Execution of Decrees to serve her term at prison. In her primary trial she was sentenced to two years in prison, two years ban from leaving the country, two years ban from having any activity in virtual space and two years ban from any activity in any political or press groups. The decree was upheld at Tehran Province revision court.
