Daily Brief of Human Rights Violation in Iran May 5, 2021 news obtained by the Human Rights Center of No to prison, no to execution on the human rights violation in different cities of Iran during the past 24 hours.
Tehran- Reza Taleshian Jelodar-Zadeh a journalist who is sentenced to three years in prison went on hunger strike again since Wednesday April 28, 2021, to protest “not receiving medical treatment and medication.”
Sanandaj- A week after the detention of five civil activists in Sanandaj who are members of a charity campaign; there is no news of them. They are: Ms. Marzieh Moradvaisi, Sirvan Abdollahi, Ata Reza Babi, Fardin Rahimi and Mehdi Saifi. Their families’ efforts to find about their faiths has been invein.
Kermanshah- At least seven addicts in one of the camps for quitting drug addiction belonging to the Kermanshah’s Headquarter of Fighting Narcotics have lost their lives to coronavirus.
An informed source said that the officials of this camp have abandoned these addicts, and transfer them to medical centers when it is too late. When they die, then they call their families and even don’t hand their bodies over to their families to be buried by them on the excuse of being contaminated to the virus. They are buried in Kermanshah cemetery without their families being present.
Baluchistan- IRGC forces stationed near Qaleh Sarjoo Village started shooting and arrested three persons. Two of them are identified as Soori Zehin and Shamseddin Mazar-Zehi.
Behbahan- IRNA news agency reported that the deputy chief of SSF in Khuzestan has announced the arrest of a person in Behbahan due to his/her activities at the cyber space. The identity of this person is not mentioned.
Golbahar- Tasnim news agency reported that Golbahar County’s public prosecutor has announced the arrest of 16 women and men in a party in Golmakan City of Khorasan Razavi Province. He said that the place the party took place was also closed.
Marivan- In the evening of May 3, 2021, four Kurds; Kazhvan Faizi, Foad Faizi, Shirkoo Sohrabi and Akoo Chavgi from Marivan were detained by security forces and intelligence agents without any warrant and were taken to an unknown location.
