Daily Protests and Rallies in Iran April 29, 2021 news obtained by the Human Rights Center of No to prison, no to execution on protests and rallies happening in different cities of Iran during the past 24 hours.
Sosangerd- On April 29, 2021, workers of Sosangerd water and sewage company gathered to protest not receiving 10 months of their wages. They hold placards and marched in the street.
Isfahan- On April 28, 2021, a group of plundered shareholders of Shehr-e-Khodro gathered in protest in front of the Industry, Mine and Trade Organization in Isfahan.
Tehran- On April 28, 2021, a group of teachers passing the employment test and ranking one to three, gathered in protest in front of the parliament. They said that though the Education Ministry has a shortage in its teachers but still it doesn’t hire them and uses retired forces.
Sanandaj- A group of labor activists hold a ceremony to commemorate the Global Labor Day.
Al-Ashtar- On April 29, 2021, clashes took place among security forces and the villagers of Kamhun Village in Lorestan Province. The villagers and environmentalists were protesting the fact that the government was cutting the trees there.
Naqadeh- On April 28, 2021, a group of taxi drivers in Naqadeh gathered in front of the governorate to follow up a raise in taxi fares. It is for two weeks that this ratification is awaiting the governor’s endorsment.
Omidieh- Drivers of rented vehicles of Minakooh Gas Transfer Enterprise stopped working for the fourth consecutive day to protest their low wages and the fact that they receive no bonuses.
