Daily Brief of Human Rights Violation in Iran June 30, 2021 news obtained by the Human Rights Center of No to prison, no to execution on the human rights violation in different cities of Iran during the past 24 hours.
Mahabad- On Wednesday, June 30, Mohammad Taher Soleimani charged with narcotic related crimes and sentenced to death was executed in Mahabad Prison.
Mashhad- At down of Friday, June 25, 2021, Azim Karimdad-Zehi was executed at Mashhad Vakil Abad Prison on narcotic related charges.
Tehran- Lawyer, Babak Packnia told “emtedad” that his client, political prisoner Hossein Khairi, is sentenced to death on charge of “Moharebeh” (enmity with God). He said that he will ask for revision court and also the Supreme Court to review this case.
Seven others sharing the case, namely: Majid Kohrari, Fardin Asgari, Nima Heidari, Milad Karami, Mahmood Karami and two other were collectively sentenced to 34 years and 6 months in jail by branch 26 of Tehran Revolution Court. These eight political prisoners were detained in Tehran in spring of 2020.
Hooraman- On Wednesday, June 30, regime’s border regiment forces in Tah-Tah heights of Hooraman shot at a group of Kolbars (border porters) and killed and wounded two of them. The local sources named the killed one as Keyvan Haq-Moradi from Kani-Dinar of Marivan and the wounded one as Sirvan Takhani from Tofli Village.
Mashahd- Political activist Ms. Fatemeh Sepehri, the sister of enchained political prisoner Mohammad Hossein Sepehri said that his cellmate, political prisoner Kamal Jafari is in dire health condition. She said: “It is for two days that they tell my brother and Mr. Jafari that they have a call and they wait till night, then they say the ones who must control your phone call are not here so you cannot call. Mr. Kamal Jafari is in dire health condition and he is in immediate need of medical care.”
