News received say that four female political prisoners have been threatened by their interrogators at Varamin’s Qarchak Prison.
The interrogator: We will do things that you will wish for execution!
On Monday July 26, 2021, political prisoners, Zahra Safaee, Forough Taqipoor, Parastoo Moini and Marzieh Farsi were separately interrogated and threatened by four interrogators. The interrogators have threatened them in regard with a statement they had issued and sent out of prison about Iran regime’s sham presidential election.
Parastoo Moini, 20, has been threatened by her interrogator as: “The conditions might return to the conditions in year of 1988.” (In summer of this year 30.000 political prisoner have been massacred by this regime.)
He also has threatened her that: “If we don’t execute you, we will do something that you would wish to be executed.”
The life of these female political prisoners is in danger at Qarchak Prison. Formerly the prison warden’s mercenaries have attacked the four and had tried to kill them by pouring boiling water on them.
The Iranian regime systematically uses these pressures on the political prisoners so that it may be able to silence them.
Another example is Maryam Akbari
Maryam Akbari Monfared was born in Tehran in 1975 and was a housewife. Mother of two daughters, also raising her executed sister’s daughter.
During her 12 years in prison, she has been repeatedly exiled to various prisons and did not have a single day of medical leave.
Maryam Akbari Monfared was transferred to Gohardasht Prison after about nine months of torture, interrogation and imprisonment in one of the solitary confinement cells of Ward 209 of Evin Prison and was transferred to Qarchak Prison in Varamin in mid spring of 2011. Formerly she was confined at Rajaee Shahr Prison since early fall of 2010. After repeated protests, she was transferred to the Women’s Ward of Evin Prison.
“My vote is for this regime to be overthrown! This is my voice from behind bars in Semnan prison having the worst human conditions. From behind the barbed wires and high walls of the prison, I shout my cry in harmony with the People of Iran. Victory is ours; tomorrow is ours!”
