According to the report of a reliable source, agents of Great Tehran prison refused to deliver essential medicines to Dr. Nasser Fahimi, a Kurdish political and ideological prisoner in the Great Tehran prison, who is suffering from a heart condition and is in a critical state of health.
It is very noteworthy that the agents of the Great Tehran prison had announced with numerous threats that they would impose more measures and restrictions on him through the inspection and information protection department located in the prison, and now these restrictions are being done.
In this report, the names of some agents of Tehran prison, including Shariati and Kamrei from the information protection agents stationed in the prison, Reza Fathi, the deputy of prison health, Tavakoli and Qobadi from the inspection department stationed in the prison, as well as the head of sentence execution Morteza Mousavi Hasab and the judicial deputy Hamidreza Kiani is mentioned.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Naser Fahimi was sentenced to 6 months in prison and 74 lashes in an unfair sentence on the charge of “death threats and obscenity towards judges of the judiciary”, and the sentence of 74 lashes was done on July 9, 2022.

Nasser Fahimi is a Kurdish doctor who was arrested by the Ministry of Information on June 22, 2010 and sentenced to 15 years in prison at Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court, This court judgment was exactly confirmed in the Court of Appeal.
The accusations against this prisoner include “spreading lies, acting against national security, disturbing the public mind, threatening judicial authorities and insulting the leadership”.
Naser Fahimi was exiled to Tehran prison in 2016, and after two years, he was returned to Evin prison in 2018. He was again deported to Tehran prison on January 9, 2020. According to one of his relatives, the reason for this transfer was the messages he wrote to the people from inside the prison.
Naser Fahimi’s case was formed against him in 2016, but it has been stagnant since 2017.This case was filed in 2016 due to the writing of a letter critical of the performance of the Iranian judiciary by the Information Protection and it was re-opened in May 2021.
