The four arrested members of Komleh are: Pezhman Fatehi from Kamyaran, Wafa Azarbar from Bukan, Mohsen Mazloom (Maroufi) from Mahabad and Hazhir (Mohammed) Faramarzi from Dehgolan.
These people were only politically active. However, as always, the Ministry of Information, in coordination with the radio and television, has made a fake case against these people in order to implement its scenario. With this filing, the Ministry of Information wants to attribute the detained members of Komleh to the Israeli spy agencies. A matter which is contrary to the truth according to Komleh’s announcement.
In this regard, seven human rights organizations have issued a notice regarding the situation of Komleh detainees and announced: “These four political activists have been deprived of all their basic and human rights.
Therefore, according to the previous announcements of the Ministry of Information and the statements of the Minister of Information, there is a possibility of forced confessions and security scenarios against these political activists.”
These organizations wrote in their statement:
“Regarding the history of the Islamic Republic of obtaining forced confessions and previous scenarios under all kinds of torture and forced testimony of people in prison against themselves, we express our concern regarding the case of these four political activists”
Also, Hangaw human rights organization wrote in this regard: According to Article 2 of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance, and accuses the Iranian government of the kidnapping and enforced disappearance of these 4 persons and demands the respect of the fundamental rights of an accused regarding these persons.
