Hassan Mohammadipour is a 28-year-old sportsman who has spent 7 years of his life and youth behind the bars of Dastgerd prison in Isfahan under a death sentence. Hasan has not plaintiff for years.
He himself says that according to the laws of this system, his sentence could have been 15 years in prison, but he was sentenced to death. And now for seven years, he spends every night thinking that he might not see the sunrise tomorrow.
Hasan has not given up sports for a single day since he was a teenager and before going to prison and even during his 7 years in prison. And despite the unfair sentence given to him, he has not lost hope for life and the future.
The problems of life made him do something that did not match his athletic character at all.
Hassan is from Minadasht in Isfahan province. His father and brother die in an accident and Hassan becomes responsible for his family and his old and disabled mother.
He has spent 7 years of his life under death sentence in Isfahan’s prison on the charge of armed robbery. He did not steal people’s property, but he had to do such a thing against his way of life in order to support his family.
Hasan’s family sold the house they lived in and gave everything they had to the plaintiff and the lawyer and paid for the court to save their son’s life.
